EasyCare 30-Day Unconditional Money-Back Guarantee

Easycare back all of their products with a 30 day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your Easycare product for any reason, they will gladly refund your purchase price (excluding shipping and handling) within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, all products must be returned to the place of purchase and have a valid and dated receipt. This offer not valid for any preowned hoof boots, factory seconds or custom made hoof boots.

EasyCare 90-Day Guarantee

EasyCare offers a 90 day repair or replacement warranty for all hoof boots (purchased as new) manufactured under the EasyCare label. Please ensure you register your product here and keep your original dated receipt(s) as proof of purchase during the warranty period.

Warranty returns

If a boot fails (this does not include damage caused to the boot) during warranty, it is usually a minor hardware issue. Please bear in mind that most components of EasyCare hoof boots are either replaceable or repairable and most repairs can be easily accomplished with simple household tools. In most cases you will be asked to first email a picture of the problem through to enable a quick resolution, but we may also ask that you return the boots to us for evaluation. We may decide to send you a replacement component for you to repair the boot at home to prevent the inconvenience of being without the boot, and videos of many repairs are available on the US Easycare website, www.easycareinc.com or Youtube.com

While this warranty offered by Easycare is very broad in nature, it does not cover wear (including sole breakthrough when worn over horseshoes), misuse, abuse, factory seconds, preowned or boots purchased as used. Products returned for evaluation must be clean, dry and free of debris, dirt, sand and manure. Damage inflicted by omnivorous horses, rodents, accidental other unusual abuse is not covered.

The 30 and 90 day warranties are offered by Easycare and not the distributors, Trelawne Equine. Trealwne Equine will however work with Easycare to resolve any UK based warranty issues in as timely manor as possible. These warranties are in addition to the consumers statutory rights in the UK.
